Perfect Holiday Diffuser Combinations

christmasspiritdiffuser holidaydiffusingDuring the winter times we all want a warm, cozy blend in the diffuser to come home and help you feel RELAXED. I also love to feel cheerful, thankful, and warm this time of the year!

-Christmas Spirit alone is a great blend itself. Young Livings description of Christmas Spirit is is a sweet, spicy blend of orange, cinnamon, and spruce essential oils that tap into the happiness, joy, and security associated with the holiday season. Just 2-4 drops will do the trick with this amazing blend.

-A blend of 3 drops of Peppermint and 3 Drops of Balsam Fir is a great blend as well. Peppermint and Balsam Fir are both uplifting aromas that really put you in the Christmas mood! I harvested Idaho Balsam Fir last winter and I loved the way inhaling the oil made me feel open physically in my chest and open emotionally. Plus, it smells just like a Christmas Tree!

-This combo will rock your socks and make you feel all kinds of cozy! Idaho Blue Spruce, Orange, and Thieves together in your diffuser! I love to do 3 drops of each and if you are looking for a sweeter smell; add more orange. IBS is great for balancing male energy, orange is cheerful and uplifting, and the thieves essential oil blend adds some spice and immune stimulation. This combo reminds be of a candle we used to burn…before we knew the dangers of candles!

-Thieves plus peppermint – amazing in any ratio

-Frankincense, Myrrh, and any variety of the fir family (or even Pine) is AMAZING! The first two oils are both made from resins and have a rich, earthy, and grounding aroma. When you combine with any oil from the conifer family the result is overall grounding and release from the stress that can sometimes come along with the holidays. I absolutely love diffusing the two oils that were brought as gifts to Jesus.

-Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, Clove, and Ginger for a house that smells like freshly baked cookies! I love these oils all together to satiate my sugar cravings and enhance my mood. It seriously smells like a cookie! Use 3 drops of the cinnamon bark and nutmeg; only one drop each of clove and ginger.

-Stress away plus Panaway! Yep totally smells like a rootbeer floot or a delicious cookie!

-Treasure of the Season is a stand alone blend that becomes a staple for us during the holidays.  Combining two different varieties of Frankincense with Idaho Blue Spruce and Cinnamon Bark essential oils, its warm, soft, woodsy aroma is both peaceful and festive. Use Treasure of the Season in potpourri, diffuse it during holiday gatherings, or inhale it directly in quiet moments to create an environment of calm and celebration!

What am I missing that you love to diffuse this time of the year?
